2014 Gibson Les Paul ES Memphis - $2,240 - (Portland, OR)
I could find no wear on mine. That's likely because it's only been out on a stage with me three or four times over the two I've owned it. The rest of the time it's been used for home practice. SOME DETAILS The body is a kind of marriage between an ES-335 and a solid body Les Paul. The top, back and sides are laminated maple that sandwich a solid mahogany center block. The neck is also mahogany and the fretboard rosewood. The pair of MHS (Memphis Historical Spec) pick-ups are designed to replicate the historic PAF sound. The back and sides are "historic walnut" stained. CASE Gibson shipped these with tan cases instead of the more common black. This is meant as a throwback. Inside is the original Gibson paperwork. NOTE The figuring of the top on mine is more pronounced than usual, so please take note of that when price shopping. IMPORTANT Please note that because of my holiday travels I will not be able to ship this until Tuesday January 3rd. Please keep that in mind before deciding buy this beauty. Thanks.
