This is an extremely nice hardcover copy of Relic by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child. It is a 1st printing of the 1st edition (1st/1st) with a number line of 10 down to the 1, the 1 indicating a true 1st printing. The hardcovers and bindings are in excellent condition and the spine is square and tight with no lean. The hinges are stiff and the heel and top of the spine has no indentations which leads me to believe that this book is unread. The pages and text block are clean with no extraneous markings. The dust jacket is in like new condition with the slightest bit of shelf wear to the front and very slight age darkening in the edges of the white areas of the inside (see photo). It hasn’t been price clipped, showing the original 22.95 price. This isn’t a book club or library copy and it has no remainder mark. Overall, this is an extremely nice and collectable copy of this title and would be a great addition to your collection.
