Terrific original vintage doorstop by Waverly Studios, 1920s, cast iron in the form of a basket of chrysanthemums or similar flowers, finished in the original paint, approx. 9" tall, the back marked "WS [in inverted triangle] Trademark, Pat. Nov. 23, 1926" and with a painted Christmas gift inscription from 1928. Expected mild surface wear, otherwise excellent original condition, with rich, appealing, untouched patina.
