Rare Vtg Antique Industrial Curtin-Hebert Art Deco Glove Mold Form - $325 - (Brunswick, GA)

Used in the manufacture of cloth & leather gloves, this "laying-off" form or mold is electrically heated & thermostatically controlled to stretch, mold, and shape the glove. Made by Curtin-Hebert. Tag reads "Curtin-Hebert Co Inc., Gloversville, NY volts 115 amps 273 (?) automatic control manual control". Measures 27" long x about 4" wide (whole unit). The cord & plug are in bad shape & needs replaced. The clamp bolt appears to be seized by rust. There is a silver housing around the switch that is a little loose (see last pic) & the porcelain is damaged. As you can see there is some rust on the housing where the switch is & where it clamps on to a table. Please email me with any questions. Thanks for Looking!
