MATCHED SUBLIME PAIR TOMMI PARZINGER MODERN BRASS TRIPOD LUCITE STIFFEL TABLE LAMPS 1950's DESIGN: An elegant and highly sophisticated pair of vintage Atomic Modern Space/Jet Age Brass & Acrylic table lamp designs by Tommi Parzinger and manufactured by Stiffel lighting designs circa 1950's. The parts are manufactured of solid Brass and Acrylic and are very well machined and manufactured. In addition to the 3 socket lamp cluster somewhat concealed above the lamps structure there is a unique downward low-wattage spot light that casts additional ambience and can focus attention to an object d' art placed upon the clear Acrylic disc shelves. Contemporary Ivory Linen shades and quality translucent Acrylic diffusers were refabricated from the original specs and compliment the lamps distinctive style while casting the ideal ambiance upon their shapely forms.CONDITION: This striking pair of Mid Century Modern Atomic lamps are in exceptional original condition, completely intact and fully functional. Primarily polished brass with no damage or repair evident, supported almost invisibly by circular Acrylic discs that are equally pristine. The eight sockets, 3 way power switch and power cords are all original and have been inspected to be clean, safe and functional. The power switch controls the small spot & socket cluster to light independently or together. Ivory Linen shades and translucent Acrylic diffusers are virtually perfect being contemporary refabrications to match the originals - note: low wattage bulbs must be used with the acrylic diffusers installed. DIMENSIONS: The lamps general dimensions are 27" tall with an overall width of 9" to the Brass/Acrylic base, the shade is 18" diameter…bulbs are NOT included. Due to large size lamps will ship in two boxes - lamps/shades, hence the $$ shipping cost.
