PAIR OF SHRINERS AL MALAIKAH PYRAMID BOOKENDS. They appear to be bronze, they are non-magnetic. There are no makers mark on either. I can't find these anywhere on the Internet. The pair are 7 3/4" at the base and 7 1/4" tall. They weigh in at 4 pounds 4 ounces each. They look to have been sand casted. Very unusual to have the bear below the crescent moon. I can't find any reference to having the bear as part of the symbolology. These could be the crown jewel of Mason/Shriners collectible bookends. Probably from the early 1900's when Shriners first started up in California. These bookends should be in a museum. Email with any questions. Good luck!
