Rare Stark Bros Promo Sewing Needle Folder; Figural Die Cut Apple + Happy Home - $23 - (San Diego, CA)

Bright, colorful vintage Stark Bros. die cut Delicious apple-shaped needle book + the always amusing 'Happy Home' needle folder. The very collectible Stark Bros. needle book is from the 1930s or early '40s, while the HH is from the 1950s. Both are in very good/unused/unmarked condition - please see photos for contents. Exterior wear is minimal - the Japan-made HH may have a small wrinkle or two. Possibly made in the United States; the SB has a small, neat pinhole in the apple's 'stem.' HH is 6 x 3 1/4", while the Stark Bros. is slightly taller.These striking antique needle folders would be nifty gifts for vintage promo/design fans, dressmakers, designers, & collectors.
