Snapper Commercial Lawn Mower Walk Behind Industrial Self Propelled Does Not Run - $200 - (Fairfield, CA)

Message from an ebay member, " Simple fix, buddy. Replace the Flywheel SHEAR pin."This mower was working great, first pull start and everything. Then a tree stump hidden under long grass ended that. Hit tree stump while mowing and it stopped the engine pretty suddenly. Now it will not start, and unsure of the exact problem. Video shows what it sounds like when tried to start. Doesn't sound too bad, probably can be fixed. The drive mechanism works great, no problems there. Could use a paint job.. Second video shows 19 photos in full screen HD 1080p.
