New in original box JAN RCA 3B4WA final tube/valve JAN 3B4WA ruggedized military version of the 3B4 tube - made in USA These new old stock JAN RCA 3B4WA beam pentode tubes are tested as new on our Marconi MU-101 tube tester and are acceptance dated 2/68. Base; Miniature-7-Pin-Base (B7G), USA 1940. Filament; Vf 2.5 Volts / If 0.165 Ampere / Direct / Description; RF beam power pentode for battery operated portable equipment. 1.25W output power, up to 100MHz. The quick heating filament may be parallel connected to operate at 1.25V, 330mA. The 3B4 was used as the final tube in the PRC-6 military field radio. Hallicrafters used two 3B4 tubes in the CB-5 and CB-5 Mark 2 CB transceivers.
