Impressive large 19th Century mantel clock with gorgeous bronze figures of an angle and woman. The subject matter is excellent with the woman putting a gilt gold floral halo over the angle's head. The quality of the bronze is amazing and the figures look very realistic. The faces, hands, and the overall form of each figure is executed perfectly. The workmanship is definitely there and the age of the mantle clock is mid-19th Century circa 1840s - 1880s and for its age it is great condition. the clock is in working condition .but the body is with no major damage. And we do have the keys and the pendulum .The exact size of the clock is 34 1/2 inches tall x 20 1/2 inches across the front and the depth of the clock is 9 1/2 inches. The movement of the clock is signed Raingo Fres A. Paris. Please preview all the pictures carefully.
