Up for listing today is a Bartell Edco 8" Scarifier for all your concrete scouring needs. This machine has some cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and ready to be put to work today. We bought the item off of here in the beginning of the year for a customer's specialty project and didn't meet the needs that they required. It since has gone out a handful of times and every customer has been rather impressed with the unit. We just don't have the demand we anticipated for the item and will likely be looking for a concrete grinder in the future.
