Antique Gold Gilt Pier Hall Mirrors Ornate Victorian Rococo Bid is for ONE - $4,000 - (Sandusky, OH)
Up for bidding is antique gold gilt pier hall mirrors ornate Victorian Rococo. I have two mirrors for sale, but the bidding is for one only. The first mirror is a pedestal mirror with a marble bottoms. It measures 81 inches tall and 30 inches wide. There is a small chip on the marble below as pictured. Some of the frame is slightly chipped as seen in pictures. The mirror is in great shape and the silvering in the mirror as not gotten cloudy or black spotted looking, only one small black spot on side. The mirror is dusty and will be cleaned. They are both from my husband's family's grandparents. They are from the late 1800s or early 1900s'. There are only two cracks in the wood or guilt on each mirror. I tried to take pictures of this detail, but somewhat difficult, 2,3,12. The round mirror has the gold gilt and a rose motif. The mirror is cloudy and needs to be replace or put more silver on it. It measures 60" tall and 31 inches wide. It only has one crack in the wood or gilt as seen in picture 12. The gold gilt is original and not chipped off.
