On auction is a Steiff original chocolate brown teddy bear, about 3'' in height. Ear is 0206/10. This bear was made from 1984 to 1985 and was considered a limited edition. Wee chocolate brown teddies bears with ear tag 0206/11 were made from 1984 to 1990 and were a wee bit larger and are much easier to find on the secondary market. Bears with ear tag 0206/10 are much rarer. I am the original owner of this wee bear. He has been stored in a smoke free home. When displayed, at Christmas, he sat in his own rocking chair (see photo). If a Steiff collector, this wee bear is a rare find and one worthy to be added to your collection. He is in very good condition; all joints work well. Buyer to pay actual shipping cost and insurance when required.
