This original first edition is well preserved and will make a great addition to your art book collection. Condition: Very Good to Near Fine condition with very clean beige-gray cloth covered boards completely flat with sharp corners; the dust jacket is in very good condition except for a 3” rip in the lower left front corner (see photo). This example shows only minor signs of age and handling with surprisingly little toning around the outside page edges. The binding is sturdy and tight with all pages intact, crisp and clean; the colored plates are perfectly preserved and bright, all B&W illustrations appear bright and clear. All pages and end papers are clean of writing.
