Both the color and monochrome plates are wonderfully preserved. Condition: Nicely preserved Extremely Good to Fine condition. This example shows only minor signs of age and handling. The red cloth covered boards are completely intact, flat and extremely well preserved, with the original laminated dust jacket in good but showing wear. The binding is sturdy and tight with all pages crisp, clean and intact; slight toning barely noticeable (see photos). The illustrations are perfectly preserved and appear crisp and clear. All pages and end papers are clean of writing.
