Rare Original Altec Lansing A8 A-8 Voice of The Theater Speaker 416-16Z 806-A - $2,000 - (Crystal Lake, IL)

SquareTrade © AP6.0This listing is for a Fairly Rare Single Original Altec Lansing A8 A-8 Voice of The Theater Speaker which uses a 416-16Z woofer and 806-A driver and 90% bent horn. This speaker cabinet was a compact Altec Lansing Voice of The Theater speaker and its dimensions are 42 inches high, 30 inches wide and only 11 13/16 inches deep. The speaker looks to be all original and in good working condition. Cosmetically is in pretty good condition considering its age of somewhere in the 50 year range. I have taken a good amount of pictures so that the condition can be realized. The condition of the inside components seems quite good. The woofer was probably never removed before I took pictures of it and other than a little dust it is great condition. The DCR or the 416-16Z is 11.0 ohms and the DCR of the 806-A is 6.7 ohms as seen in the pictures. The cabinet and speaker are a very nice sounding and they are and efficient vintage Altec Lansing Voice of The Theater speaker combination. As I mentioned previously they seem to be fairly rare and collectible combination. Due to age it is being sold AS IS. The buyer pays for shipping and handling/packing, there is a small international paperwork preparation fee of $50 per package for items being shipped outside of the USA.
