This is a 1892 Wire Bail Stoneware Crock Antique Fruit Jar marked Weir Pottery. This old crock jar is a two-tone brown. It shows some wear and a few dings here and there, as is typical of these antique jars. The lid is marked No 2. THE WEIR PAT MARCH 1st 92 April 16 1901 The wire bail does work. It stands approximately 8 inches tall x 4 inches diameter.
