You are looking at a Vintage 1960's 4" Plastic Rubber Head Poseable Baby Doll w Blonde Hair made in Hong Kong.  This cute little doll stands 4" tall and is 2" wide.  It does present with a few tiny pin-sized spots which have been shown in the photos.  There are no structural issues.
