Vintage Mens Pioneer Wear Western Sherpa Rancher jacket coat Suede Wool sz 40 Being made in the USA it is probably one of the older ones. Jacket is in real good condition. Looks like suede with wool lining, not sure. Size tag reads 40. I am 5'9"s tall and 220 lbs. Fits okay in the shoulders and arms length. I could button it up but it would be pretty snug. Two large outside pockets with zippers. Measures 23"s across the chest laying flat and zipped from armpit to armpit. Sleeves are 24"s from seam on top of shoulder to end of cuff with the cuffs rolled up as seen in pics. Measures 32"s from top of collar to bottom of jacket. Might be for a big tall person. What I would do is compare the measurements provided against a jacket you can wear. Rare jacket, do not think you will find many like this one in this size. Nice heavy jacket, weighs about 7 pounds.
