Vintage Rare Brass Serpent Oil Lamp Item is in good solid shape. Measures 20 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter. Has two spouts and a serpent/snake on the side as pictured. Comes with three hanging tools as pictured.  Unsure of age and maker. Very unique design. Please look at pictures for further details. Items are as described and as pictured, no warranty selling as is condition. No returns.  Items in picture are what will ship. Shipping is done with eBay\PayPal.
