Antique Crazy Quilt Blocks (16) Stunning Embroidery on Silk and Velvet - $800 - (Moville, IA)

Up for auction are 16 antique crazy quilt blocks that are backed and in excellent condition. They were stored in a cardboard box for years at Gaslight Antiques in Sioux City. Then I bought them and stored them again. So they haven't seen the light of day and are beautiful. The colors are bright and the fabrics are strong. I see only 2 rips; they are pictured in the 11th photo. The needlework is amazing; many kinds of stitches and appliques are present in the blocks. There is handpainting on one of the blocks.
