Vintage Perkin-Elmer 36" 902mm F8.0 Aerial Camera lens w/ fairchild K38 shutter - $1,500 - (Ukiah, CA)

I have been searching for information on this camera lens for 2 years and have found nothing similar. I honestly believe it is one of a kind and was used by the military during spy flights. This I can't prove it but if you look up some of the information on the shutter and the lens maker I believe you will come to the same conclusion. Thanks for looking and any information that you might find I would be very grateful if you passed it along.
