Dress made by designer Tanya Swan, fabric tulle, organza fabric, lycra fabric. Skirt made from 40 yards of tulle fabric and organza fabric. The technique of sewing is my creation. Skirt looks like feathers. I made combination with tulle fabric and organza fabric made cut. Top made from lycra and decor of tulle fabric and real feathers. Beads and rhinestones.
