Dunlavy SC-IV Speakers, Hi-Fi / Mastering - $1,800 - (Canyon Country, CA)

This is a fixed price listing for a pair of Dunlavy SC-IV speakers. -Hands down the best speakers I've ever worked on in my 20 year engineering career. Very few speakers in the high-end world of consumer Hi-Fi crosses over into professional mastering work. The SC-IV is one such speaker. Towering at a height of 72", their 3-way, 5 speaker arrangement in each, produces a sound image so well balanced that you'll be hard pressed to find its equal in the sub $10.000 category. These perform beautifully, but cosmetically they show their age a little. The left speaker has two nicks on its left-side, plus some blemish in the black wood-laminate. Same speaker has a few scratches / cracks in the laminate at the very bottom in the back. (Only the laminate). We are talking cosmetics, here. Nothing wrong with the performance of these speakers.
