Sterling silver oval vanity dresser box Chester England circa 1901 footed One sterling silver footed oval vanity dresser box with hinged cover, Chester, England, circa 1901. The box is 4 3/8” wide by 3 1/8” deep by 1 ¾” tall. The box is in excellent condition and monogrammed “CM” on the hinged top. The bottom is leatherette and the lining is green velour. The hallmarks are on the base. There are hallmarks on the edge of the top as well. See photos. The vanity box weighs 4.55 troy ounces.
