E-motion alber IM PAC wheelchair power assist wheels UNTESTED & Charger - $315 - (Massena, NY)

-- i have for sale this set of two wheels marked E-motion alber in the centers. the wheels are for a wheelchair with the center battery. the inner batteries have not been TESTED. wheels are heavy. rubber marked on wheels with words IM PAC -- numbers 37-540 24 x 1 - 3 / 8 IS 101. has a 24 volt hookup for charging on side. marked with label -- system no m11060075.--- there is a power battery charger. but i haven't tested it. it has one loose wire on back. there is wearing to the wheels from use. some rust wear spots from storage. IN USED CONDITION. please look at photos for condition. please only purchase if desired. no returns, thank you.
