Mcdonalds 1999 (but tag says 1993) rare, 1-12 beanie babies! - $100 - (Atchison, KS)

Have all 12 set of what packaging says 1999, but all tags on beanie babies say 1993. I am to believe that these are a date error. They are all still brand new in packaging. Never opened!
