JAZZY Select 6 ULTRA Power Chair - Used but Mint Condition JAZZY Select 6 Ultra Power Chair - Mint Condition Offered here is a JAZZY 6 Ultra Power Chair used but in mint condition. It was used less than 8 hours because of problems with our home condition, not with the chair. We have oriental rugs scattered throughout the house. The power chair can turn in place and does this by turning the drive wheels in opposite rotation. This winds up the small rugs instead of turning the chair. After a few rug unwinding sessions, we stopped using it and purchased a power scooter. The ULTRA designation refers to the seat elevating feature, which added about $1100 to the retail price. The seat elevates (about 5 inches) using controls on the main console. This makes it usable at our dining room table (29") and the kitchen center island (35"). It's perfect except for the rug problem. If that doesn't concern you, you won't find a better deal. This chair retailed at $6500.00, but is widely discounted on line to about $4500.00. We are starting it at less than half that, with the option for offers. Incidentally, the batteries are new and fully charged. We were not careful about charging the old ones since we weren't using the chair. You must pick it up in Salem, VA - we can't ship it. You are also free to examine it before purchase.
