RARE 1900's Dosage Shot GLASS - A.G. CLARKE & CO - DENVER, COLO w/ Mortar PESTLE Embossed A.G. CLARKE & CO. DENVER, COLO. inside a circle along with a Druggist Mortar and Pestle graphic. Also embossed TABLE, DESSERT, TEA along with gradient markings on the reverse, W.T. & CO. on the base. This drugstore was in operation during the early 1900's and was located in the old central business district of Denver. The A.G. Clarke Drug Company opened for business in 1895. The original pharmacy location was in the basement of the Albany Hotel, located at 723 17th Street in Denver. Excellent overall condition - I can find no damage, no chips, fleabites or cracks and I've looked it over carefully, some typical straw lines in the glass quite common for any of these dose glasses from that era. Clean glass on the inside and outside too. Height is about 1-7/8 inches. Color is clear glass with maybe a light pink tint. I've been told this is a rather rare western dose glass - so, better grab it for your collection NOW - thanks !!!!
