It comes with four batteries, two battery chargers and the Electrolarynx. It does have various signs of use including some scratches on the stainless steel casing of the electrolarynx and a cracked battery cover which has been repaired and doesn't seen to pose any issue to functionality. I charged it up and it seems to work as it should but as mentioned this is an estate item so it is sold as is as seen. The extra charger looks practically new and the batteries condition are unknown.
