The ring measures size 7.5 - 7.75 on the ring mandrel so it may have also been a men's pinky ring. The inside band is marked or stamped "14k" and has a maker's mark or stamp of "TRC". EXCELLENT condition as shown in photos!!!! The cab measures approximately 13.5 mm by 11mm as set in the bezel.
