This is a an autographed Mickey Mantle Envelope. It is a Z Silk Cachet released by USPS. The image shows Mantle with the caption Old Timers Day. The envelope has a F Flower stamp with a July 27 1991 Postmark. It is signed by Mantle in blue ink. The signature is large and clean. There are no smudges or smears.
