ISO: Free puppy for birthday - N.A. - (Sheboygan, WI)

I'm looking for a free puppy in Sheboygan! My birthday is coming up soon (Jan 13th) and I've wanted a puppy for years but haven't been able to find one that I could afford. I live in a nice apartment with one other older dog and two cats, we have a big yard and a big jogging track across the street where I like to go for walks and run.
