Elbeco V2 TexTrop vest carrier. Features 5 permanent military creases. Works with your existing body armor's concealed carrier. It has 2 hidden chest pockets and a hidden document pocket. Great condition, very comfortable to wear all day. I am including suspenders that come work with the carrier. You can't see them while wearing but really help with distribution of the belt weight.
