Vintage Harley Davidson Motorcycle Patrol, Police National Saftey Council Poster - $500 - (Princeton, WI)

For your consideration is a Vintage Poster from the National Safety Council, printed by Harley Davidson, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.This vintage poster has no copyright date, but I'm putting it from the 1930's-1940's because of the motorcycle.This poster is rare, it has damage, the subject matter is eye opening. We think it's bad now, it was a lot worse for kids before all the laws.This poster has water damage in the bottom corner, above "copyright Harley-Davidson".There are fold marks, cracks/rips and creases.... Please look at enlarged pictures.This has been framed for quite some time and I would rather not take it out of the frame. I will ship this flat because I do not want to roll this poster up. If you do not want the frame, I can remove it, but I will still ship flat.I do not know if there is tape or more stains on the back of this poster. I will not remove it from the frame unless you are serious about it, because the frame is protecting it. The frame is damaged, but it's better than nothing.This poster is approx. 30" x 21 1/2", with the frame it measures 32 1/2" x 24"You will be receiving exactly what is pictured, with the frame.
