Vintage 1985 NIKON USA CLUB membership / warranty I.D. card - $4 - (Oakland, CA)

This came with the purchase of a Nikon/Nikkor product in 1985. It's the size of a credit card. The back has a glossy plastic finish. The front is matte except for a varnished portion over the club name. You can see this in the photos. I've obscured the member's name in the photo, but the card itself is, of course, unmarked.
