White And Black Blues Hat Signed By Federko - $50 - (Riley, KS)

Returned from Iraq in 2009 and went to my first Blues game. As a special momento my ex father in law had this hat signed for me. As this does not hold value for me now I would like to sell it. There is no certificate or anything, the hat was put into the original plastic bag it was purchased in and has been taken out to take pictures twice.
