Stunning Antique English 1930's Art Deco Amethyst Crystal Cut Glass Decanter Set - $750 - (Cambridge, MD)

For your consideration is this sleek, angular crystal decanter with crisp micro beveled edges and polished sides. The rectangular stopper and tapering sides have a slight bevel and the top shoulder is cut and polished in a step pattern. This decanter set is Classic 1930's period Art Deco. This form was mainly sold in high end stores such as Asprey and high end jewelry stores such as Garrads of London and Mappin and Webb. The amethyst crystal is clear and very fine. This was a recent high-end estate find and was stored, boxed, in a climate controlled and smoke-free environment. VERY minimal signs of use. No Cracks, chips, or other glaring defects. This is an amazing set with an eye-popping amethyst color. The Decanter is 9" tall, and the shot-sized glasses are 2 3/4" tall.
