The front panel extends the full length of the skirt, whiles the sides and back are cut with fitted upper section and a tapered flare to add fullness to the hem.This style of skirt was popular from 1898-1903. Suitable for both the Victorian and Edwardian eras....Use for day or evening wear... Make sure you take accurate waist and hip measurements with all undergarments you will be wearing with the skirt.Size is based on actual waist and hip measurements.Skirt fits at natural waistline...(Smallest part of the waistline).
