Artist signs his / hers name very originally , F Ashton. I could not find any information on this artist, it is very well done appears to be a mixture of pastel charcoal and possibly watercolor the name appears signed in watercolor, the peace appears to be mainly pastel. Any comments about the medium are welcomed.
