Monroe Enterprise is looking to take on General Painting ContractorFor a Federal Contract to Provide Painting Services to Apartments in Green Bay, WIThis Project can be up to 50,000+There is a Bid Walk Through that you MUST ATTEND January 9, 2017 At 8:30 AM This contract consists of providing painting services to apartments walls and ceilings (some vacant,some occupied) All labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, method of skills and supervision (excluding paint) necessary to completely and satisfactorily complete the work described in these specifications. All work included under this contract shall be done, and all material supplied, in accordinance with all applicable national, state and local codes. The contractor is responsible for providing two (2) coats of paint on walls and ceilings. The work is to be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of "Notice to proceed" . The contractor shall perform work during hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. To qualify you MUST have the following:Statement Of Qualification (SOQ) Must be signed, filed and notarized Five (5) days prior to January 22,2017Three References (from customers and/or firm with similiar scope of work)Min.
