Monroe Enterprise is looking to take on Pressure WasherFor a Federal Contract to Provide Pressure Washing Services to an Area in Virginia Beach, VAThis Project can be up to 50,000+There is a Bid Walk Through that you MUST ATTEND on your own before January 20, 2017 The contractor shall provide all effort and materials necessary to provide for pressure washing/cleaning of the public sidewalks and streets. Work shall include, but not limited to, pressure washing and cleaning of the designated areas, protection of existing structures and buildings, and clean up and proper disposal of all debris associated with the contractor's operation. The work area shall include all concrete and paver surface areas located between the face of the concrete curb and the extending to the building face.When curb cuts occur in the face of the curb, contractor shall be responsible for pressure washing/cleaning from the point where the concrete apron meets the asphalt to the building face. Work shall be conducted in a manner that will leave work area free of all soil, debris, solidified liquids, gum, foreign objects, spills, and stains. Any chemicals that are used for pre-treatment of objects/stains or in contractor's cleaning process shall be environmentally friendly and bio-degadable and meet the Environmental Division of Highway's standards. The cleaning process utilized by the contrqactor shall include high temperature (180-200 degrees fahrenheight), High Pressure washing of sidewalks. Work shall be performed from May 15 and ending Labor Day. Work shall be performed during the hours of 2:20 am and 8:30 am Wednesday through Sunday.
