This sheet and dust ruffle were used and washed several times. The sheet is in great condition. The dust ruffle is in good condition. Due to the dust ruffle being against springs there are some tears in it. It could still be used. There are pictures showing some of the signs of wear. Great deal even if you want it mainly for sheet set. You could simply put the dust ruffle so the side with a few tears is hidden. Smoke free home.
