This item is factory sealed. There is a small (smaller than a dime) in the plastic wrap on the front of the box and  2 more on the top plastic but it doesn't make a hole in the box and I think it's part of the manufacturer process. This MusicAce2 software system is from 1999 to 2000 and is for PC Windows 95/98/00 or Macintosh  and Macintosh OS8.  It is manufactured by Harmonic Vision. It picks up where MusicAce leaves off and includes an encore performance with a variety of instruments. Covering treble, alto and bass clef, MusicAce  2 provides beginning and intermediate students with a continuing introduction to music fundamentals and theory. It has fun lessons, challenging games and a creative doodle pad so that you can easily compose your own music. Please look the pictures over and email with questions.
