We Price Items to Sell and in most cases are much less than other retailers. We recently decided to start expanding and selling online. We are a resale shop sand buy and sell items all the time. We are open Monday through Saturday 8am to 6pm Central Time. We do our best of taking pictures of the actual item being sold. So please take a good look at the picture because unless it is natural stones or we say otherwise what you see is what you get nothing more and nothing less. Please ask questions if you have any before bidding on an item or purchasing it. We want only happy customers and we would rather answer questions than have someone purchase an item and then be unhappy with it. Everything is sold AS IS without any warranty whatsoever from us. Any item we sell we test and will put in the listing exactly what we did for testing and that is all we can guarantee the item does. If you are purchasing software please note that we do show the actual disc you will receive in the picture not some stock photo and all of them are original disc NOT BOOTLEG copies. We obviously will not show the serial number in the picture so that people don't just take it and use it. Read the item details and it will tell you if a serial is included or not. Since we do not accept returns we will only take an item back if is damaged somehow in shipping in which most cases we have purchased insurance for it to cover it. We ask for 2 days in handling time to ship your order from the time you pay. We do use Ebay's shipping so you will get tracking numbers to track your order. If you place and order on a Saturday please understand your order may not be processed until Monday morning. Again ask if you have questions and we appreciate your business.
