1909 Rookwood Elizabeth Lincoln 3 Handle Tyg Vessel - $465 - (Ann Arbor, MI)

1909 Rookwood 3-handled Tyg Vessel with hand-painted landscape motif dypicting stylized trees and clouds along the bottom. This is signed by Elizabeth Lincoln, a highly celebrated and collected artist for Rookwood from 1882 until 1931. Green Vellum glaze with yellow interior. Dimensions: 5" high; 4" diameter without handles. Condition: Overall very good. Small glaze miss on one handle (pictured) - ~1/8th inch. Marks: Numerous marks impressed on bottom. Rookwood mark with "IX" dating the piece to 1909, stylized 4-point star/cross, stylized arrow/"V" (perhaps for vellum glaze), "830E" stamped for the shape and size, "LNL" for Elizabeth Lincoln hand-signed and "GV" for Green Vellum glaze hand-signed.
