Clough & Warren Antique Empire upright grand piano, Rebuilt/Restored - $3,600 - (Fairfax Station, VA)

A Clough and Warren Empire Upright Grand Piano. Rebuilt and restored (new strings, pins, hammers, felts, and rebuilt action). Spectacular book-matched mahogany veneering. Clough and Warren was known for "overbuilt," high quality pianos. Additional pictures will be added as the piano is brought out of storage. The first picture is of an identical restored/rebuilt piano that was sold for $16,000. The second picture is of our piano before the restoration/rebuilding. The $4200 price for ours does not even cover restoration/rebuilding costs, but with downsizing we decided to see if there is interest in our piano. Local pickup is preferred, but we can discuss possible delivery (or meeting) within 250 miles of the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area. Trips with an enclosed trailer are also scheduled to the Flint, MI area, and to the west coast along route 40 or routes 40/30/20/10, in February and March.
