For the listed price, you get the inflatable, and the padded arm that attaches to the bull base. You need to have an existing mechanical bull setup. This is made for Galaxy Bull brand setup. If you have another type of bull, I'm not sure if this will work or not. I'm selling it because I'm going out of business. It does not include blowers at this price.
