19th century Victorian clock - $2,500 - (Fort Bragg, CA)

This is a BEAUTIFUL CLOCK. I don't know much about it .A Otto F. Schwennicke , watch maker and Jeweler worked on it. Don't know if he built it or just worked on it. It was made for THE WHITE HOUSE . SAN FRANCIS made in France and 1439/7.2 is on the front of the clock. It is a mantle clock. I am selling it for a friend and don't have much info on it.
