Saunders UA1417 Professional Easel with 1" Base - $275 - (Winneconne, WI)
Rare Saunders Professional UA1417 Easel with 1" metal base. I am rating its' condition conservatively at between 9 to 10. The last two pictures show some red paint loss on the corner of the 11 X 14 paper slot but the yellow paint remains under where the red paint flaked off and the final photo shows a tiny mark on the center of the lip where the frame latch engages. Otherwise the easel appears in like new condition with no cosmetic or mechanical flaws. The easel is designed to print 11 X 14 or smaller prints with the adjustable blades or the adjustable blades can be removed and the easel will print a single size bordered 14 X 17 print. The easel is relatively heavy at about 10 lbs. so it stays in place and lays perfectly flat on your enlarger base. The base is also recessed in so it is easy to move the easel around or pick it up. Easel will ship in the pictured original carton and placed in an outer well padded carton.
